This simulation depicts changes in a 4 dimensional parameter space.

Purpose

This simulation was created to depict a complex 4 dimensional parameter space that defines variables involved in a combustion process. Often, in scientific problems, complex multidimensional solutions are obtained and we need a way as human beings of being able to intuitively interpret them. Hypercosm simulations provide a way to present data in 3 dimensions simultaneously adding an additional dimension as time.

Features

  • Dynamic isosurface generation
    This simulation presents its solution as a region inside of a 3 dimensional space defined by 3 parameter values. The solution space is bounded by an isosurface that is generated automatically given a certain threshold value.
