Hypercosm for Architecture
ArchitectureHypercosm web based simulation is an ideal way to intuitively and effectively communicate architectural design information. Hypercosm simulations can often be created from existing CAD drawings making the development process quicker and more economical.

3D simulations are ideal for creating walkthrough visualizations to pitch architectural projects and can be used to market real estate projects that haven't even been constructed yet. Often customers don't have the skills and experience to interpret architectural blueprints. Using a Hypercosm 3D walkthrough simulation, anyone can quickly and easily understand an architectural design.

Applications
  • Sales and Marketing
Often it is desirable to pre sell a significant number of units prior to construction. These sales can be difficult because it's not possible to show potential customers the actual product until it is built. 3D simulation allows you to virtually walk the customer through a realistic depiction of the finished product even before it has been built.
  • Furniture and Home Furnishing Configuration
Hypercosm's makes it possible to create 3D simulations of architectural spaces that can be changed and configured by the user. For instance, it's possible to create furniture that can be dropped in and moved around. It's also possible to simulations that allow a potential customer to easily select between different types of colors, and materials for wall coverings, flooring, or other configurable components.
  • Viewshed Analysis
In some situations, as important as the structure is the way that the structure interfaces with its environment. A potential client may be interested in what the view looks like from a particular vantage point or whether parts of the structure block the view from certain locations. Using interactive 3D simulation, it's possible to simulate the actual view of the structure and its environment as if you were there.
