Hypercosm for 3D Modelers
Use Hypercosm Teleporter for efficient one-click SketchUp and 3ds Max Logosexporting of your 3D models from Google SketchUp Pro or Autodesk 3ds Max into interactive 3D web pages or send them via email, viewable on any Windows or Macintosh computer.
3D Models
When you export your model into a web page using Hypercosm Teleporter, your model is converted into a compact "view only" format that allows a user to view and explore your model, but not to modify or change it. This allows you to easily share your 3D models and still keep your valuable design data private. Hypercosm applets contain rotate, pan, and zoom controls that allow you to view, explore, and understand a 3D model from all angles.

Free Player
Your 3D models can be viewed easily by installing and using the FREE Hypercosm 3D Player onto your computer.

This player software uses a standard "plug-in" mechanism to integrate with your web browser in a similar way to other standard web based rich media types such as Apple's Quicktime or Adobe's Shockwave. Once you install this player, any simulation created with the Hypercosm 3D technology can be viewed.

Collaborate
Use markup and annotation tools or sticky notes to collaborate with others using simple email. You can also use real time collaboration to show and explain your models live over the web.

Add Interactivity
The goal for many 3D training and visualization applications is not for content to just look realistic, but for it to act realistic as well. True simulation must include complex behaviors, interactions and dynamics. Creating this level of unlimited 3D interactivity requires scripting. Hypercosm Studio is the scripting tool to use for these demanding types of applications.

With a full modern object-oriented scripting language, you can create real 3D applications, not just 3D paperweights that spin around. Some examples of rich scripted functionality include the following:
  • Working 3D Controls - Simulate 3D equipment controls containing working push buttons, dials, switches, and keypads.
  • Physics - By adding mathmatical equations for physics into your script code, you can create simulations that incorporate real physics including gravity, collisions, and the effects of forces. Iaasic Newton would have loved Hypercosm.
  • Free Manipulation - Make it possible for users to freely manipulate 3D handles, doors, tools, and connectors thereby making your models truly interactive.
